Formal Dedication of the Natick Center Traffic Calming Public Art Projects

July 15, 2021 at 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm

The massive undertaking of selecting, prepping, and painting the Traffic Calming areas in Natick Center, was no small feat! It took many dedicated artists and volunteers, a generous DPW, hard work to make this traffic calming art a reality – along with all the sun, bugs, and dirt the artists had to contend with. We thank everyone who was part of this journey, but especially the following artists for their spectacular creations!

Jason Cheeseman-Meyer – Sparkling Stream
Denise Girardin – LOVE 01760
Swati Dave – Traditional Indian Kolam Designs
Kevin Baldwin – Composition No.4
Polly B. Wright – Natick Abstract

Hopefully, you’ve gotten to see the works of art in person, they are truly spectacular! To celebrate, we are hosting a Public Art Dedication during ArtWalk on July 15th at 6:30 pm on the Common. We hope you can attend and join us in this very special dedication.

Thank you to MutualOne Bank Charitable Foundation, Barr Foundation, and The Lawrence and Lilian Solomon Foundation for their generous donation to this project!
