Through a collaboration of volunteers, the Town of Natick, MA, and Natick Center Cultural District & Natick Center Merchants Group, a website has recently been launched to aggregate local, state, and federal guidelines for re-opening businesses (noting that today, June 22, 2020, Massachusetts enters “Part 2 of Phase II.”
Additionally, a group of local volunteers has agreed to serve as “point contacts” for businesses inquiring about what they might need to do to re-open (and/or as they continue to re-open more fully).
Please use the website as your FIRST step to find answers to your questions. Then, SECONDARILY, please contact the individual advisor identified on the site who is responsible for your industry sector. If/as you require more specific information, your THIRD step should be to reach out to the appropriate Town Board or Department responsible for supporting your particular business.
Our goal is to provide as much ‘self service’ info and best practices to you/your business, thus enabling our Town staff to focus on the most urgent or more technical responses during this extraordinary time of “re-opening” and “real-time” demands. We will continually update this site as news changes and/or as we find additional resources that might be of use as you continue to navigate the phased re-opening process.
