All exhibitors are required to read and comply with the Procedural Guidelines for Natick Days, found here. By submitting the Participation Form below, you agree to comply with all policies and restrictions in the Procedural Guidelines.
Any group wishing to participate in Natick Days as a fundraiser must meet the following criteria:
1. EITHER be a Natick youth group, Natick service organization OR be a recognized non-for-profit organization (e.g. as defined under Section 501(c) of the Internal Revenue Code)
2. AND provide its services primarily to the citizens of Natick or to a subset thereof
PLEASE NOTE that any changes to the information below must be submitted for approval by the Natick Days Committee no less than 45 days prior to the event. Exhibitors needing to revise their original application should resubmit this Participation Form including all relevant information.
