Root to Core offers therapeutic bodywork, movement therapy and education. Learn how to bring yourself out of painful episodes from injuries, improve poor posture, change unhealthy movement habits leading to discomfort and pain, or just to keep yourself somatically aware (body/mind connection) to keep yourself fit and moving well for your whole life. Classes and Individual Sessions are available in Core Movement Integration (CMI).

The Littlest Spa

The Littlest Spa is owned and operated by Amy Elizabeth, a bodywork and spa professional for the past eleven years. Amy Elizabeth graduated in 2003 from the Palmer Institute of Massage & Bodywork in Salem, MA with dual degrees in massage and reflexology. Amy passed the National Certification of Bodywork and Therapeutic Massage exam (NCBTMB) and is a member of the Associated Bodyworkers and Massage Professionals (ABMP), Massachusetts Association of Reflexology (MAR) and the Reflexology Association of America (RAA).

I am a licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Rossiter Coach in Natick, MA.

I am dedicated to helping people achieve a pain free body so they can live life fully, gracefully and joyfully!   My practice is not just about massage.  It's about massage, movement and awareness.  Most of my clients are those who are ready and determined to get to a better place of health and wellness, so they can get on with what is important to them in life.

Elizabeth Hickey is a graduate of Fairfield University with a degree in Psychology / Business. She received her bodywork education at the Massage Institute of New England in Somerville, MA and Rhode Island Reflexology Academy.
